Based out of Lincoln, and serving all of Nebraska, Igor’s Construction is a full service construction contractor specializing in all types of roofing and siding. We work on both commercial and residential projects, and can handle all types of roofing and siding, and work on maintenance, repairs and new installations.

I am writing to add my recommendation on behalf of Igor’s Construction Company. I chose them to do the work at my house because they were recommended by a neighbor. This neighbor is an architect, and he was very pleased with the work they did for him. I felt confident that I could depend on his judgment, and I was certainly not disappointed. They re-sided my entire house, which is a large house, three stores on one side. They also replaced the guttering and two decks. They are expert workmen, very knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive to detail. They are also very pleasant to work with. They work steadily – often very long hours, and keep you informed as to when they will be there. I recommended them to my friend for new guttering, and she was also very happy with the work they did for her. We were extremely pleased with the outstanding job Igor’s Construction did for our home! They installed new siding, soffits, fascia, gutters and roofing. Igor and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job finished to Igor’s standards of superb quality. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, including replacing any wood that was in bad condition before installing new material over it. Because our house sits on a rather steep hillside and due to various architectural aspects, I think this was a more complex job, but Igor took on all the challenges with great wisdom. Throughout the job Igor checked with us to make sure things were done to our liking.

Igor’s wife Elena who handles the office work, was so pleasant to speak with over the phone. She was also very efficient in getting back to us about any questions we had about materials, etc and was very knowledgeable about all phases of the job.

We really enjoyed having Igor and his crew working here and feel fortunate we chose them.
